We’re thrilled to introduce Alfredo, our new Property Manager! With 13 years of experience in property management, Alfredo began his journey overseeing nearly 1 million square feet of industrial space. He later transitioned to managing office spaces in Montreal’s downtown core. During the pandemic, he discovered his true passion for residential real estate, managing over 50 properties in the Montreal Plateau area. Recently graduating from the College Immobilier du Quebec, Alfredo’s expertise and dedication make him a valuable asset to our team. Welcome, Alfredo!
