Together with our partners Groupe MACH and SAREES, we are proud to announce that BRP has officially taken occupancy at our Saint-Philippe development.

This project is the largest industrial real estate development delivered in Québec in recent years. At over 950,000 square feet, BRP’s new flagship distribution centre marks a major milestone for both their organization and ours.
