We are proud to announce the acquisition of this prime industrial site strategically located on Sartelon Street in Saint-Laurent. We plan to develop this 318,157sq.ft property (entirely on spec) into two class A, Zero Carbon & LEED certified industrial facilities with units as small as 25,000 sq.ft.
