RF Industrial 14.0 Kirkland Tenant Appreciation Event

It seems so strange to us that landlords and developers don't take every opportunity to get to know their tenants and the people that work in their buildings... So when the opportunity comes along to show our appreciation, we go the extra mile and do something nice. We brought in Dilallo Burger's food truck for the entire team at Novolex our tenant at our site in Kirkland, and spent lunch meeting everyone in our building, from the people in charge to the warehouse team. It was amazing to hear about their experience moving into one of our buildings. The amount of insight and new opportunities that were generated at this little event exceeded our expectations.

Our tenants are the reason we exist. They bring value to the structures we build and own. Without them, we wouldn't have a business.
